Returns & Shipping

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once it's shipped out or if it's been 24 hours or more after placing the order. All orders will be processed right away by our team. The return will only be initiated if you have a receipt of purchase. 

 

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to initiate a return. 

 

Unfortunately, sample sale items, custom or personalised items and made to order items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Please note that jewellery and intimate wear are non-returnable and non-refundable for safety and hygiene purposes. Custom items and sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable but we do offer repair services if the item is damaged. You will be charged a 3% non-refundable return fee for every order returned.

The conditions of returned products

The tags on the product should be intact. The product(s) should be unwashed, un-used, unstitched and in an undamaged condition. The items needs to be returned in the original packaging. On Sale products will not be returned or exchanged. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery of your order, unfortunately we cannot accept items outside of this return window for returns or repairs. If items are received that have their tags removed, appear visibly worn or are returned outside of the return window, you will need to arrange these to be sent back to you at your own cost. 

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipments and coordinating the return with their local courier. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and we advise you to obtain proof of postage and a tracking number.

Refunds 

We will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving the returned package. We are not responsible for shipping charges and duty charges incurred for the returned goods. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your bank to process the refund. Refunds are given for returned goods, canceled orders, and damaged products excluding custom made to order, sale, jewellery & intimate wear. You will receive an email notification to alert you that a refund is being processed.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund in 2 weeks after we've released a refund, check your bank account, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at kritilondonofficial@gmail.com.


Shipping

We ship all around the world!

All Shipping costs are non-refundable.

DTDC service:

Shipping fees & estimated shipping time (after our handmade to order production time):

India : free - 2 to 5 working days

Rest of the World: 3000 INR - 14 - 30 working days

We ship to India using DTDC Tracked 24 service:

With DTDC, your order will be sent with the On Demand Delivery (ODD) Service.

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. After our handmade to order production time, you will receive a confirmation email from us that your order has been dispatched, along with a shipping notification.

Duty

We are not responsible for all duty charges incurred for both outbound and inbound shipments.

  • Overseas orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Currently, duty and customs are not included in our shipping costs, which means product prices displayed are EXCLUSIVE of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

  • Please note : Each country has different import duty and tariff rules - please check with your local authorities. KRITI london™️ is unable to advise the duty amount as it varies from country to country. The order amount at the checkout excludes duties, taxes and carrier brokerage fees. These will be assessed upon delivery by the postal carrier and must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parcel.

  • All shipping Pan India is Free. Your packages shipping to India will not occur any extra charges upon receiving, such as duty and tariffs.
